Robert Theuerkauf is a registered patent attorney and the Chair of the Intellectual Property Litigation Practice Group whose practice focuses on patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret litigation.
As a trusted advisor, Robert navigates his clients through the complexities of intellectual property law. He has twenty years of intellectual property litigation experience and has represented and tried cases for major corporations in federal courts across the United States, as well as arbitration forums, involving a wide range of goods and services. Robert’s representations have included businesses in the medical, software, power tool, bedding, water sport, lawn care, agricultural, commercial lighting, air filter, and chemical industries, among others.
Robert also represents clients before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board and before the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals.
